Demo 9.1 – Create a Custom Time Period for a Month-End
Weekly Period
A custom Time Period can be created to address a fiscal month that closes in
the middle of a week to prevent time entry from overlapping into the next month. Log in
as the Administrator, Ralph Durbin (rdurbin/welcome).
Demo Highlights
• Enable the creation of custom Time Periods in Admin > Properties
• Run the People Timesheet Status Report to confirm no timesheets exist for the
desired period
• Create a custom Time Period

A weekly Timesheet User enters planned vacation for next year. How might
