13. Double-click Jim Swarthout.
14. Click the Ok button. The Are You Sure? message opens.
15. Select the Yes button. The Transaction Moved Successfully message opens.
16. Select the OK button. The Move Project Transactions window closes.

Part 2: Use PA Bill Review
1. Navigate to Accounts Receivable > PA Bill Review. The PA Bill Review applet
opens.
2. Select the arrow on the left side of the applet to open the Projects list.
3. Type 12/31/2023 in the As Of field.
4. Select the Load button.
5. Select Back Cove Pedestrian Bridge.
6. Verify None is selected in the Arrange By field.
7. Press and hold Ctrl.
8. Select lines 1, 2, 3, and 5 in the Transactions grid.
9. Select Move Project Tx on the toolbar. The Projects window opens.
10. Select Million Dollar Bridge in the list at the top.
11. Double-click Pre-Design in the list at the bottom. The Are You Sure? message
opens.
12. Select the Yes button.
13. Close the PA Bill Review applet.
