Introduction

Use Unanet CRM’s Publisher 4.0 to create Knowledge documents in the Unanet CRM
account using designed templates and CRM data. Once created, you can access the
Knowledge documents from the Publisher Manager documentation grid.

We recommend marking up a hard copy of your existing document with the Unanet
CRM field names for each piece of data. This is a helpful reference document when you
build your template.

Note: If you would like the template to auto-add additional pages when text overflows,
set your primary text frame and place your variable in the primary text frame set to auto-
add pages.
