11. Select the Save button.
12. Close the Holiday Calendars applet.
Part 2: Apply a Timesheet Group
1. Navigate to Human Resources > Employees. The Employees applet opens.
2. Select Timesheet Groups from the Tools menu on the toolbar. The Timesheet
Groups window opens.
3. Select <Current year> Holiday Calendar from the Holiday Calendar drop-
down list for the Semi-Monthly Timesheet Group.
4. Select the Save button.
5. Close the Employees applet.
Timesheets
Timesheets must be created by a timesheet administrator based on a Weekly, Bi-
Weekly, Semi-Monthly, or Monthly time cycle. Timesheets are generally created for a
Timesheet Group.
Activity 2.4 – Create a Timesheet for a Group
In this activity, you will create a timesheet for a timesheet group.
Activity Steps
1. Navigate to Personal > Time Sheets. The Time Sheet applet opens.
2. Select Admin > Timesheets > Create Timesheets for a Timesheet Group on
the toolbar. The Timesheet Group Create window opens.
3. Select Semi-Monthly from the Timesheet Group drop-down list.
4. Select the Add Holiday Hours to Created Time Sheets check box.
5. Verify Holiday is selected in the Holiday Project field.
6. Verify 8 is entered in the Hours to Add field.
7. Type <Current month>/1/<Current year> in the Period Start field.
