LESSON 14: RUN AND ANALYZE REPORTS
Learning Objectives

Introduction
The Reports module components share names with the core data modules and features—
• Project • Contact
• Opportunity • Company
• Survey • Activity
• Lead • Personnel
The other available component reports are as follows:
• Grouped Reports – Links • Stats – Lists what reports have
several individually created been recently run, and how many
reports together so they can be times
generated into one document, • System Activity – Lists the
creating one report from many system messages created in
project publications by activity,
modification type, and date
The tabs on the main page allow you to move between four different report types:
• My Last Viewed Reports – Most • All Reports – All Standard
recently run by your user account Reports, plus all public reports
• My Private Reports – Created created by all of the user
by your user account and set as accounts within your firm. Firm
private Administrators can see all reports
• My Reports – Created by your
user account and set as public
Note: When viewing a report grid, refer to the legend located at the bottom of each list
of reports. The legend includes the below icons:
